  • 1/2 cup milk (whole milk preferred, almond or oat milk as substitutes)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, and slice 2 medium peaches.
  2. Place the sliced peaches, 1 cup of vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of honey into the blender jar.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on medium-high for about 45 seconds to 1 minute until creamy and smooth. Add more milk if too thick and blend again.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey if desired. Add more milk if needed to loosen consistency.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Best fresh but can be refrigerated for up to 4 hours.
