This quick and easy 5-minute dip combines creamy cream cheese, rich caramel sauce, and crunchy toffee bits for an irresistible treat. Perfect for parties, game day, or a simple weeknight indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup toffee bits
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • For serving: apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or microwave in 10-second bursts until soft but not melted.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until light, fluffy, and smooth. Scrape down the sides halfway through.
  3. Add the brown sugar and vanilla extract, then beat on low speed until just combined, about 30 seconds.
  4. Gently fold in the caramel sauce with a spatula until just combined, leaving some streaks of caramel for a marbled effect.
  5. Fold in 1/3 cup of the toffee bits and the pinch of sea salt until evenly distributed.
  6. For best results, cover and chill the dip in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with remaining toffee bits, and optionally drizzle with extra caramel sauce and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Serve with apple slices, graham crackers, or pretzels.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature cream cheese to avoid lumps. Do not overmix after adding caramel to prevent a runny dip. Toasting toffee bits in a 350°F oven for 3-4 minutes enhances flavor. The dip can be made up to 2 days ahead; add toffee bits just before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
